Empowering teams and individuals to actualize
values of antiracism, equity, justice, and impact.

Equity + Impact Consulting

A bold vision grounded in social justice is essential for any company hoping to build a meaningful product and lasting reputation. I support companies and organizations in creating visions rooted in justice that measurably shift the needle beyond momentary displays of allyship into a fully embedded commitment to equity. I work with teams to bridge a company’s strategy across the board--weaving social impact, community partnerships, diversity & inclusion, and more to unify on a common goal.

As a third-generation San Franciscan, I am deeply connected to both the communities and movements on the ground in the Bay Area, and I focus on building bridges between companies looking to do good with communities asking for solidarity.

Hire me to:

  • Survey, diagnose, plan and implement an overarching company equity strategy
  • Strategize on your team’s overall purpose, grounded in systemic change
  • Design a progressive recruiting pipeline and connect you to local underrepresented talent
  • Develop a robust internship program for youth, formerly incarcerated folks, and other untapped talent
  • Facilitate difficult conversations
  • Plan an engaging offsite experience (or international educational trip!) for your team
  • Scope and organize a state of the art social impact program that is guided by the voice of local communities
  • Build lasting connections with local grassroots movements for employee volunteering and partnership work
  • Build and co-create ongoing curriculum for your employees development
  • Set a D&I strategy to equitably measure promotion and hiring structure within your company

Workshop Facilitation

As a former classroom teacher, interaction and engagement is my baseline! I love creating customized workshops for teams that center deep learning, foster dialogue, develop cultural competency, and build authentic community. I lean into difficult conversations with care and compassion, focusing on our capacities for growth. Follow-up is key to any workshop and is part of all packages I offer, ensuring that content can be integrated and relationships can continue to grow.

White Affinity Group Design

White affinity space is essential to the broader work of collective liberation. In an affinity space, we white folks are able to grow together, delve into painful components of the work, build the tools to be authentically accountable, and become stronger and wiser when we show up in multiracial spaces. I support companies and organizations with developing content and strategy for maintaining a white affinity space—almost like an ERG for white employees—that leads to long-term structural change. Accountability

As a white woman doing equity and antiracism education work, I am committed to not only #passingthemic, but also to passing on my resources. 20% of all of my profits go to fund Black and Indigenous-led movements-- including Sogorea Te Land Trust, which is working to return Ohlone land to Indigenous stewardship in what is currently known as the Bay Area, and Black-led organizations like House of GG, Community Ready Corps, and Anti Police-Terror Project.

When I am asked to facilitate antiracism courses or workshops in multiracial spaces, I always collaborate with a Black or Brown facilitator to plan and lead with me, as a white voice should never be the only voice present. I also pay Black and Native educators and activists for consulting around antiracist vision and struggle. This is essential in not only spreading the resources I receive in this work, but also in honoring folks’ knowledge, experience, and emotional labor.
